People who already have an established healthy lifestyle but would like assistance with either making changes to their physique (fat loss) or devising a more suitable and sustainable plan.

What does this include?
Weekly tailored steps that are designed to create change with minimal stress
1 30 minute weekly check in (phone call) where we recap the week, make adjustments where necessary, and discuss the plan for the next week
This program may involve weighing and tracking food. If this is the case, you will need a food scale and tracking app (not included).
