Who is this for?

People who feel generally unhealthy, do not have an established healthy lifestyle, and would like assistance with building and maintaining healthy eating habits.

What will we work on?

  • Creating food balance

  • Implementing whole foods

  • Mindful eating and body awareness

  • Creating helpful habits that maintain results

  • Creating a general exercise plan in accordance with current physical state

What does this include?

  • Weekly tailored steps that are designed to establish healthy habits while using the least amount of stress possible

  • 1 30 minute weekly check in (phone call) where we recap the week, make adjustments where necessary, and discuss plan for the following week

  •  A portion size guide
